At Hickory Dickory Designs we maintain the highest standard. However if you are unhappy with your purchase we do accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price.

 

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them, ensuring they are in a resalable condition. (Please use a recorded delivery service and

 unfortunately we cannot refund the postage price.) 

 

Personalised items and height charts cannot be returned unless there is a fault by us.
