What materials do you use?
We use a high-quality birch plywood, maple wood and cedarwood. All of our woods are eco-friendly, durable and recyclable. Our cards are made from recycled papers and we encourage you to recycle the card and envelope after use.
How do I add a personalised detail to my item?
There will be a personalised details box on all product pages that we offer this service. Add your details here and we will engrave them carefully.
My item looks slightly different to the image on the website.
All our items are handcrafted and have been described as accurately as possible, but owing to the unique nature of each item, size, colour, design and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated. At Hickory Dickory Designs all of our designs are exclusive and we reserve the right to alter them at any time.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We do our very best to ensure that all of our orders are sent out in a perfect condition. However, sometimes there may be an error because the items are handmade. Simply get in touch with us and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
